Current vacancies
We're currently looking for a casual allied health receptionist to contribute to the smooth operation of our practices located in Coffs Harbour, Sawtell, and Toormina. As the first point of contact for our customers and stakeholders, you'll need a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and problem-solving abilities.

Essential Selection Criteria:
- Proficiency in Word and Excel
- Strong customer service orientation
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Energetic and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
- Organisational skills with great attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to be available to cover sick leave at short notice
- Flexibility to work between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm, Monday to Friday
- Available to work Saturdays 7am - 1pm

We are seeking a full time, part time, casual or contractor Remedial Massage Therapist to join our remedial massage team. You may work across all three practices in Coffs Harbour, Sawtell and Toormina. You will be working under the guidance of AHPRA registered practitioners and best practice protocols are expected and enforced.
Essential Selection Criteria:
- Diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy or equivalent qualification.
- Registration with ATMS or equivalent.
- Ability to conduct services under HICAPS and be registered with all major health funds.
- Current driver’s license & transport
- Current First Aid & CPR certificate
- Personal indemnity and professional liability insurance cover
- Working with Children Blue card (Current)
- National Police check (in last 12months)
Competencies
- Ability to plan, implement and evaluate a range of remedial massage therapy services.
- Good written, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to liaise with managers, clinical and administration staff, service providers, and customers.
- Commitment to continuing education.
- Willingness to treat patients from all sectors (e.g. Private, WorkCover, DVA etc.)

We are seeking a full time or part time Physiotherapist to join our team. We are predominantly a musculoskeletal and sports injury practice with strong links to the Coffs community. Your caseload may consist of private patients, workplace injuries, sports injuries, NDIS, DVA and aged care.
